Praises
During the weekend services of December 10 & 11, Senior Pastor Rob Willey of Harvest Bible Chapel Davenport commissioned Dan and Jaime Buraga to the work of planting a new Harvest Bible Chapel in Fairfax, VA.
Prayers
-Dan and Jaime Buraga are still seeking the Lord to bring a buyer for their home in Davenport. As their family's planned time of departure draws near, the need for their home to sell grows greater. Please join with them in lifting this need up to the Lord.
-Dan and Jaime will be leaving on Thursday, December 15 and returning home on Monday, December 19, after spending several days in the Fairfax area. Areas of prayer during this time of travel would include:
- Traveling mercies as they fly to Virginia and back
- Favor with people in the area as they begin to make contacts and hand out business cards
- Wisdom and open doors for a physical meeting location for the church
- Direction and wisdom as they spend time house hunting
- Peace and safety for their children who will be staying behind in Iowa during this trip
-Please lift up Mike and Linda Bowker, who will be aiding the Buragas with this new work.
- Living accommodations for their periods of time in Fairfax, this will need to include provisions for their dog who will be traveling with them
- Wisdom on what to do with their Davenport house while they are spending time in Fairfax
- Continued and increased faith during this process
-Lee and Debra Brinckley along with their three children will also be moving to Virginia to join the Buragas in the work of planting Harvest Fairfax. Please join with them as they pray.
- Lee will be flying out to Virginia soon to interview for a job. Please pray for favor and a quick offer is this where the Lord desires for him to be.
- Prayers for a quick and profitable sale of their home in Davenport
- That their children, Miriam-11, Hannah-10, and Asher-7, would have peace and trust in the Lord as the time to move draws near
